How Can I Register to Vote?

If you are not registered, or you have recently moved into the district, you can register online through New York Register to Vote.(https://www.ny.gov/services/register-vote) If you prefer to register in person, you may do so at the Ulster County Board of Elections (79 Hurley Ave, Suite 112, Kingston NY 12401). The whole registration process takes approximately 5 minutes.

Can I Change My Voter Registration Address?

Yes. Notices of change of address from registered voters received by October 15, 2025 by an Ulster County Board of Elections official must be processed and entered in the records in time for the General Election.
